In collaboration with the German Sport University Cologne, researchers investigated the effects of compression on leg volume and overall well-being during everyday activities.
STUDY DESIGN
• 162 participants • 4-week wear period • Up to 10 hours of daily wear • Additional volume measurements with 50 participants • Comparison with and without compression throughout the day
THE RESULTS
MORE THAN 50% LOWER LEG VOLUME INCREASE THROUGHOUT THE DAY
The study showed that leg volume increase was reduced by more than half when wearing compression compared to no compression.
